Emotional and Authentic Wedding in Tuscany – Abbey San Galgano

Lotte & Bart chose the magic of Tuscany to celebrate their love, on a late June day filled with light and simplicity.

The day began calmly at Tenuta di Papena, where Lotte got ready in the quiet of the morning, surrounded by soft light. There was a beautiful energy in the air: barely a sound, just smiles, slow movements, and her gentle attention to every detail, as she touched her dress still hanging.

Bart, dressed in his elegant light-blue suit, enjoyed every moment with his father by his side, in the same calm, present spirit.

The ceremony took place among the timeless ruins of the Abbey of San Galgano. A unique place that doesn’t need words to explain how powerful and inspiring it is.
They exchanged heartfelt vows in front of a small group of loved ones, in an intimate and emotional atmosphere.

Guests greeted them with a shower of flower petals, wide smiles, and spontaneous applause – one of those moments that truly warm the heart.

After the ceremony, we took a short walk through the village of Chiusdino. Nothing staged – just two people looking at each other, speaking softly, enjoying the moment.

With their white Fiat 500, we returned to the estate for the celebration.
During the poolside aperitif, one of the most symbolic moments of the day took place: the release of white balloons. Together, under the clear blue sky, they let the balloons fly—like releasing a thought, a wish, an emotion.

During the dinner, heartfelt speeches were read, often with trembling voices. There were sincere toasts, sweet laughter, and warm embraces.

It was a small wedding only in guest count—
because the emotions, the light, the connections… those were big, true, and unforgettable.
