D&L– A Heartfelt Destination Wedding at Villa Barberino in Tuscany

Daniella and Lars are a beautiful couple from the Netherlands who chose the enchanting region of Tuscany to celebrate their summer wedding at the stunning Villa Barberino, nestled in the hills of Italy.

We first connected in autumn 2022, when Daniella reached out to me personally to share their vision of a destination wedding in Italy. From the very first message, I could feel their excitement and their desire to create an intimate, emotional, and authentic experience surrounded by their loved ones.

On the day of the wedding, my colleague and I arrived at Villa Barberino and took a few moments to soak in the atmosphere: clear skies, the pool filled with laughter, and a relaxed mood in the air. After capturing some candid moments and completing a quick venue walk-through, we connected with the other vendors to align and make sure everything was perfectly in sync. Although I had already attended the welcome dinner the night before, I wanted to double-check that everything was still just right.

The wedding day itself was intense—in the best way. Nearly one hundred guests brought their own energy and warmth, each of them offering smiles and loving glances to the bride and groom.

Daniella looked radiant in her gown—graceful, serene, and glowing. The first look moment between her and Lars said everything without words. His eyes full of emotion, his presence calm and filled with love.

The ceremony took place under the chuppah, with the Tuscan landscape as a breathtaking backdrop and the golden afternoon light gently touching everything around. In front of their closest family and friends, Daniella and Lars said "I do" with a kiss that felt like a lifetime embrace.
